Fee Schedule

The GigaLock℠ Backup Service is offered under two pricing options:

  • Plan B-1: $19 per month per compressed gigabyte, or fraction thereof, as stored on GigaLock servers. First month free, next partial month billed prorated. Free support for first 10 business days; thereafter, GigaLock Consulting Services fees apply (see below).
  • Plan B-2: $149 per month up to 200 compressed gigabytes, as stored on GigaLock servers. First month free, next partial month billed prorated. Free support via email, web, phone, for installation, operations, restores. Four business-hour response time. Call for quote for multiple sites, or laptops.   • Resellers: You are the primary contact for your customers; you bill the customers. You get a substantial discount off current published rates (login for details). After 3 months, $100 monthly minimum charge applies. Free support via email, web, phone, for installation, operations, restores. Four business-hour response time. Please read the GigaLock Reseller FAQ or contact us for more info. NEW: A FREE Plan B-1 service provided to local charity of Customer's choice with each Plan B-2 service purchased!
  • Referrals: GigaLock becomes the primary contact for these customers; we bill the customers. Referral fee of 3rd month GigaLock service fee (e.g., currently $19, $38, or $149, etc) paid after 3 months of paid service.
  • Monthly backup storage fees are billed monthly, in arrears. Billing starts the day after any free trial period ends.
  • Backup storage fees are billed in gigabyte (GB) increments.
  • Additional service plans available under separate agreement.

GigaLock Consulting Services

  • For services rendered in support of the GigaLock backup service only.

  • After free 10-day business support period ends, $50 per hour.
  • Extended travel time billed at $50 per hour beyond 60 minutes one-way from Newburyport, Massachusetts.
  • Out-of-pocket expenses billed at cost plus 15%.

Other Technical Consulting Services


Technical support unrelated to GigaLock services are available through the TebucoTech Service Plans.
