The TebucoTech Technical Service Plans are designed to help you reduce your costs and enhance your productivity. The cost reductions are the direct result of more frequent interaction between Tebuco staff and your people and systems, resulting in better training and support, earlier detection and resolution of issues, less tech-support ramp-up time, and less down-time for your staff. There is no busy work just to fill in the Plan hours--there is plenty to do on all of your computers and with each member of your staff. See Services Offered listing below for ideas.
The TebucoTech Service Plans are subscription based, payable in advance. See below for details.
TebucoTech Service Plan billing is done automatically via PayPal (payable via credit card, bank account, etc; recipient paypal@tebuco.com; or check via USPS). Excess hours over Service Plan amounts are billed monthly separately at Service Plan Effective Hourly Rates as needed (your hourly rate basis less your prepay discount if any). Service Plans include support services provided during normal business hours via phone, email, and remote desktop. On-site service during normal business hours incurs a 50% surcharge. Service performed at customer request outside of normal business hours incurs 100% surcharge. No travel charges apply.

The following is only a partial list of services available to be provided under the TebucoTech Service Plans. Fix broken or slow computers. Help purchase and upgrade computers. Email, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation/PowerPoint, and database (Office Suite software) support. Training on all hardware and software (weekly "Computer Lessons"). Training and support of many free software alternatives (office suite, graphics, zip, ftp, Linux [Ubuntu/Novell/SuSE/RedHat], OpenOffice, etc.). Information security, encryption, password protection, digital signatures. Domain names and websites (including backups; specializing in TikiWiki and Drupal sites). Software updates, including anti-virus and anti-spyware. Remote access. Setup automatic secure off-site backup. Documentation of computer systems and network. E-commerce. Photography, videography, and audio recording and editing. Develop specialized applications for business automation (scripting). If you don't see it here, please ask.
